Centrum Młodzieży im. dr. H. Jordana invites you to the performance of „Lepszy model” by the group Jaszczury Teatralnie z CM, directed by Dorota Kondraciuk. The show will take place in the Sala Kopułowa at Teatr Groteska. It is the latest event in the cycle „Centrum Młodzieży: Live at Groteska”.
Juliusz Machulski’s play is a contemporary story built around a familiar social situation: a only daughter introduces her new fiancé to her parents. This confrontation humorously reveals the true character of each of the figures involved. The father of the family is looking for the ideal partner for his daughter, and none of the candidates she brings home meets his expectations. The guiding question of the performance is how the daughter will cope with this situation.
The „Centrum Młodzieży: Live at Groteska” cycle features concerts and performances in which young artists, participants of classes and ensembles of the Centrum Młodzieży im. dr. H. Jordana, showcase their skills on the stage of Teatr Groteska. The cycle’s partner is Teatr Groteska in Kraków. The event is organised by the Centrum Młodzieży im. dr. H. Jordana as part of the project „Działania kulturalno integracyjne” (Cultural and Integration Activities).
